Trump accuses 'lame duck' Paul Ryan of breaking promise to fund border wall when GOP held Congress
President Trump lashed out against former House Speaker Paul Ryan in an interview published on Wednesday, saying he broke his word to fund the U.S.-Mexico border wall while Republicans controlled both the House and Senate if Trump signed the unpopular 2018 omnibus bill.
